Whats a counter example to prover that (A - B) ^ (C - B) = A - (B V C) is false.?

Counterexample for (A - B) ^ (C - B) = A - (B V C)

Key: ^ = and V = or.Whats a counter example to prover that (A - B) ^ (C - B) = A - (B V C) is false.?
Let ';d'; be an element that's in both A and B but not C. Then d is not in (A-B) nor (C-B). So it's not in the union of these two sets. However, it's in A - (BVC).
