Y=x^2/a+x/b+1/c can be written into a factorized form if 4b^2=ac. Is this true or false?

the standard form of a quadratic equation is Ax^2+Bx+C=0

To factorize this B^2-4AC%26gt;=0

in case of this equation

A=1/a

B=1/b

C=1/c

B^2-4AC=1/b^2-4*1/a*1/c=1/b^2-4/ac

B^2-4AC%26gt;=0

so, 1/b^2%26gt;=4/ac

4b^2%26lt;=ac

so 4b^2=ac is trueY=x^2/a+x/b+1/c can be written into a factorized form if 4b^2=ac. Is this true or false?
