Exactly one of the statements A,B,C is true and the other two are false.?

Q. Exactly one of the statements A, B, C is true and the other two are false. Also, suppose that exactly one of the following statements a, b, c, d, e below is true. Which is it? (a) B is true, (b) A is false and B is true, (c) C is false and A is true, (d) C is true, and (e) B is false and A is true.


A. B is true. Correct? C%26amp;D are false which would be the opposite of what it says.Exactly one of the statements A,B,C is true and the other two are false.?
Well, if exactly one statement out of a,b and c is true, and exactly one out of a, b, c, d and e, then d and e must be false, because you already know that the one true statement is either a, b or c.





It looks like a) is the only thing you can be sure of.
